Maruti Suzuki SX4 Facelift Details

Suzuki has unveiled the next generation SX4 in the Geneva Motor show. But the sedan version will take some time to reach us. So Maruti is working on a Facelift for the current generation SX4. IAB got all the details of the SX4 Facelift.All the changes are cosmetic only.

Maruti Suzuki SX4 Facelift comes with a new wider front grill with chrome. New Front bumper and new fog lamps housing. To give the impression of a wider car Air Dam design has also tweaked a little. Other changes is that the OVRMs now get blinkers in it. These are the visual changes.Maruti has added two new colors Serene Blue and Granite Grey.

In the inside SX4 facelift replaces the old 2 Din music system with a Touch screen navigational music system with USB,Aux-in and Car Reader connectivity options.Maruti has added a new voice command system in the SX4 facelift. Maruti has changed the interior color tone. Now the interior get the black and beige color which was present in the first SX4 in India. Now the mirrors get electrical folding along with electrically adjustable option. Wood trim in the interior are bit more darker now and also the interior door handles get chrome finish.

We are not expecting any mechanical changes in the SX4 facelift.Same 1.6 L petrol engine and 1.3 L diesel engine. We can expect a small increase in price for the SX4 Facelift. Maruti will launch the SX4 facelift soon in our market.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Facelift Spied

Fiat India announced that Jeep will come to India this year.Jeep Grand Cherokee will be the first product to come here via CBU Route.Current generation Gran Cherokee will get a Facelift in global market.Thanks to Allpar.com we can present the new Gran Cherokee facelift details with Pictures.Gran Cherokee retains the basic design theme but Jeep has added some new generation things.Gran Cherokee get a new head lamp set with day time running LEDs.New front bumper and fog lamps.Other visual changes are restyled tail gate.All these changes give a fresh feel for Grand Cherokee.

 
On the interiors Jeep has also given some updates.Now the Gran Cherokee get U Connect touch screen multimedia infotainment system.Gran Cherokee get the option of both diesel and petrol engine options.Petrol engines are 3.6 L V6,5.4 L HEMI V8 and the most powerful 6.4 L HEMI SRT V8.Diesel engines are V6 engines which offer two sets of power 190 BHP and 250 BHP sourced from VM Motori.These engines are mated to a new 8 speed gearbox with paddle shifts.Gran Cherokee Facelift will make its debut on the next month Detroit Motor show.

Maruti Suzuki Ritz Petrol Facelift Launched

Maruti Suzuki finally given facelift for the Ritz Petrol version.Ritz diesel facelift has been launched couple of months back.New Ritz petrol offers all the changes that was offered on the diesel version.Maruti has given some design tweaks.Front bumper and grill has given some changes along with the Fog lamp housing.Maruti has given integrated Rear spoiler.Ritz petrol now also get a new Alloy wheel design.Maruti has also added three new colors Breeze blue,mystique red and granite grey.

On the inside Maruti has given a new audio system with AUX in-put and steering mounted audio controls.A new Multi information display is also added to the Ritz.Maruti has also improved Rear seating which is much better than the old Ritz.Electronically adjustable Rear view Mirrors has also added on the new Ritz.New facelift Ritz also get Airbag,ABS and EBD as safety features.

Ritz is powered by the 1.2 L K series engine which makes 83.8 BHP of power and 113 NM of Torque.This engine is mated to a 5 speed Manual Gearbox.We can expect Maruti to bring the Automatic Version of Ritz before the end of this year.New Ritz facelift is more expensive compared to the Diesel Ritz facelift.
