The 2012 Lexus Small Car Review and Pricing

The 2012 Lexus Small Car - First Look
First Look to The 2012 Lexus Small Car
Lexus has built its success with opulent, beautifully made, gadget-laden vehicles, not excitement machines. Even its sportiest models to date, the 1992-2000 SC sport coupes, were not the stuff of enthusiast dreams. But now the luxury marque aims to liven up its image in a major way with the 2012 Lexus LFA. Amazingly for a
brand with no prior experience in high-performance sports cars, this new V10-powered two-passenger looks to be a serious challenger to the Ferrari 599
GTB, Lamborghini Gallardo, and, perhaps most tellingly, the GT-R from arch rival Nissan. That’s just as well, as the LFA has been a long time coming, announced after nearly five years of public hemming-and-hawing, three concept teasers, and disappointing finishes in a major auto race two years running. In fact, this may be the longest new-model “introduction” in automotive history.

Toyota’s luxury division unveils its first high-performance sports car after five years of “will it or won’t it.” The LFA is Ferrari-fighter, image-builder, technical testbed, and executive pet project all in one. But only 500 will ever be built--at $375,000 a pop.

To give fabulous performance 2012 Lexus GS model is seemed to come with muscular pack. The mechanical assembly would comprise of 4.3ltr V-8 engine associated with VVT-i techno
logy. It’s cylinders would be paired with 32 valves and DOHC technology which im
proves the fuel efficiency of the vehicle by facilitating easy control of fuel through the engine. The
muscular mechanical assembly is powered to produce the momentum of 300 hp around 500 RPM and a torque of 325lb.ft at 3400 RPM. The vehicle will offer 6 speed automatic transmission with
paddle shifters which facilitates to shift over manual transmission. For facility convenience the gear box comes with sequential gear shift mechanism which adds to its better performance. This design offers an advantage of saving fuel by giving 18 miles per gallon on city streets and the mileage of 25 miles per gallon on highways. It is expected that 2012 Lexus GS would be introduced with hybrid mechanism which would roll around engine V6.

There’s even fewer details revealed in these shots, other than that the rear bum
p
er has been cut and stretched, likely to make the shell fit over the new platform that’s expected to be shared between the IS & GS models.

Even with a new mule out and about, there’s very little reason to think the next-generation IS is right around the corner — especially with the revised edition introduced this year. My own guess would be the next-generation IS debuts in 2012 as a 2013 model.

2012 Lexus Compact Review and Pricing

Devised to take on the premium European small cars exemplified by the BMW as well as the Audi A3, the forthcoming compact is understood to be in co-development with the next-generation IS due about 2012. The sub-IS model is priority number one at Lexus at the moment as it seeks to weather the economic storm, lure more younger buyers and move in the general downsizing direction of the lux
ury car market. The fact that there will be a hybrid version of the BS leads to the conclusion that a hybrid IS might also see the light of day when the all-new version arrives.
Lexus has even put the sub-RX luxury SUV (to be based on the LFXh concept) on hold as it focuses on bringing the BS to market.
Korean car manufacturer KIA, seems increasingly active in promoting their car production. Evidenced by the display of all-new 2012 Rio at the Geneva Motor Show 2011, which proves that the KIA is ready to compete in hat
ch car market world. This would seem to be true story when referring to the KIA brand’s product chief, Benny Oeyen.
At the Geneva Motor Show held last month, KIA presented the fourth generation of the Rio Hatch. It is said to British magazine Autocar by Kia Marketing and Product
Manager Benny Oeyen that sport model is an
absolutely must be owned by any automobil
e manufacturer to join the market race.
Rio offers a choice of types, Inline three machine capacity of 1.1 liter 51kW and 1.4 liter diesel four engine. Also available 1.25 litre 63kW petrol inline four engine. The most powerful and strongest engine of all choices is .4 litre 80kW petrol four. The choices all yours.

2013 Mazda RX 9 Review

2013 Mazda RX-9 - Rmor or Reality
There is no shortage of rumors on the possibility of the return of the Mazda RX-7 or RX-9. It seems that after the RX-8 was introduced back in 2003, the rumors began and have increased in the past few months.

Perhaps it is the final year of the RX-8, or the proliferation of blogs about upcoming cars. Either way, we have no official news from Mazda regarding this new product. However, Dan Mazella over at RotaryNews.com has put together a breakdown of the rumors on and about a rotary powered Mazda sports car. Call it the Mazda RX-7 or the RX-9…

1. RX-7/RX-9 will be shipping in 2013. In order for this to happen, the a RX-7 concept would need to be shown very, very soon. It may not be the same four+ year process as the RX-Evolv-to-RX-8 went through, but two years is pushing it. The concept of a sports car is fairly standard. The RX-8′s concept of a 4-door-sports-car was a new one for the RX-Evolv in 1999, it took over 4 years to bring that to market after the concept was accepted. Since there will be no Tokyo Autoshow in 2010 (it is a commercial truck s
how every even year, and a passenger car show every odd year) the time-line to produce a RX-7 becomes even more compressed. Tokyo is more than likely where the concept car would debut, however there are other choices…

2. NAGARE Design Mazda has retired their ‘flow’ design, Nagare. It is now aiming to rediscover it is a premium and sporty brand, they call it the Japanese Alfa Romeo. According to Mazda Europe’s Design Directory Peter Birtwhistle in an interview with Auto Express, Mazda will present a new Concept Car at the next 2010 Paris Motor Show. Typically concepts shown at European auto shows have been small-city type vehicles. Look for more concepts at the LA Autoshow this December, or Detroit Autoshow in January 2011. However our money is on the 2011 Tokyo Autoshow for a concept RX-7. But is two years from concept to production enough time for the next generation RX-7? There are many unanswered questions… The concept image shown on the right here could have been a design direction the RX-7 took if they didn’t kill the Nagare design language. Since no production car after the Mazda 5 will have the design language, any past concepts are out the window.

3. The next generation rotary will run Diesel and Gasoline, and be a two-stroke … um .. where to begin with this one… First off, the 16x is being developed as a FLEX fuel engine, meaning Ethanol + Gasoline mixture, not a Diesel and Gas mix. We at RotaryNews think someone was told it would be flex fuel, and they in turn though it meant "Diesel and Gas’ … but that is not the definition of Flex-Fuel in the American Automotive Lexicon. Second, we think that same person may be hard of hearing. The 16x is referred to as a "LONG STROKE" engine, not "TWO STROKE". The dimensions, when compared to the current 13b based RENESIS are ‘stroked out’ like a piston engine would be stroked. In other words, Mazda completely changed the engine dimensions such as the Trochoid shape and width of the Rotor Housings.

There are other reasons to take these rumors with large grains of salt. The economy is still very fragile, and while Mazda is in a relatively solid financial position, they are not about to blow a ton of money on concept designs and prototypes on a low-volume halo car. If the economy improves in 2011 and 2012, they could be willing to give it a shot. Lastly, the Oil shock of 2008 is still in the minds of Mazda. They do not want to negatively impact the overall fuel economy of their fleet. The next generation must be more efficient than the RX-8 and previous RX-7 generations, or else it will not be built.

2013 Lexus GS F Review and Release

2013 Lexus GS-F Rumor Reality
2013 Lexus GS-F

Autocar is reporting that the Lexus GS-F is on deck for 2013 and will be powered by the LFA’s V10:

Lexus engineers are working on reducing the engine’s capacity by around 200cc to 4.6 litres and power to 450bhp. The idea is to improve low-range torque, although even with the reduced power output the GS-F will become the most powerful road-going Japanese saloon ever built.

The GS-F will be fitted with Toyota’s first torque vectoring differential. Similar to the diff used on BMW’s M cars and the likes of the X6 SUV, the ‘torque split unit’ actively apportions drive between the rear wheels to aid handling. A similar system is also expected to be fitted to the new SC.

The GS F has been long rumored, and at the Detroit Auto Show, even Lexus representatives were whispering about the possibility. The timeframe seems reasonable, and
it wouldn’t surprise me to hear that Toyota was working on torque vectoring technology.

Also mentioned in the article is the next-generation SC:

The new SC will be unveiled in mid-2014, although the current car is due to finish production this July, leaving a four-year gap between the two cars. However, the next model will be a hybrid, powered by a 5.0-litre V8 and an electric motor driving the rear wheels only.

Can’t see the SC going on a four-year hiatus, even if it’s dependant on GS-F technology. That would be a long time for Lexus to go without a true sports coupe.

The 2012 Audi Q5 Hybrid Quattro Review and Pricing

Power like a V6, fuel consumption like a four-cylinder TDI - after three generations of the Audi duo, the Audi Q5 hybrid quattro is the first hybrid model from Audi with two drive systems. Its gasoline engine, a 2.0 TFSI, and its electric motor have a system output 180 kW (245 hp) and 480 Nm (354.03 lb-ft) for sporty dynamics - the mean consumption in the normal cycle (NEDC) is limited to less than 7.0 liters per 100 km (33.60 US mpg). The 2.0 TFSI and the electric motor of the Audi Q5 hybrid are mounted directly behind one another as a parallel hybrid system - a straight-line concept with impressive efficiency. Together they have a system output of 180 kW (245 hp) and a system torque of 480 Nm (354.03 lb-ft). The new top model in the successful Q5 series sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 miles) in 7.1 seconds, while the interim sprint from 80 to 120 km/h (49.71 to 74.56 mph) is
accomplished in fifth gear in 5.9 seconds. The powerful propulsion ends at no less than 222 km/h (137.94 mph).

Under the bonnet is Audi’s turbocharged and direct-injected 2.0-litre TFSI unit, good for 208bhp and 258lb ft, the latter available from 1500 to 4200rpm. There’s no manual ‘box or dual-clutch transmission, but an eight-speed automatic, with a disk-shaped electric motor in place of the torque converter. The motor itself produces 33kW and 155lb ft, and also acts as a starter motor and a generator. The total output for the system is 241bhp and 354lb ft.

The result is 40.4mpg and sub-160g/km CO2, plus 0-62mph in 7.1 seconds, 138mph flat out. Not gobsmacked? Then remember that this is a car primarily designed for the diesel-despising USA. For comparisons sake, a non-hybrid 2.0 TFSI with an S-tronic transmission (what American will opt for a stick-shift SUV?) manages 7.2sec, 137mph, 32.8mpg and 19
9g/km. And the important figures match or best an auto-equipped 2.0 TDI’s 40.4mpg and 184g/km.

Just because the Audi Q5 Hybrid Quattro starts with a four-cylinder engine doesnt mean its slow. In fact, 0-62 mph takes 7.1 seconds. The nearly 20-gallon fuel tank, Audi notes, means this Q5 has a diesel-like range, though probably not if you are traveling at the vehicles 138-mph top speed.
The 2.0-liter engine weve come to know and love in other Audis is altered for u
se in the Hybrid. The turbo has been retuned and the ECU helps make smooth transitions between operating modes. An eight-speed automatic transmission is part of the package, as is engine start-stop technology. By itself, the electric m
otor makes 45 horsepower and 155 pound-feet of torque. The lithium-ion battery system doesnt have a huge effect on the cargo capacity, Audi says.

The 2012 Hyundai Veloster Review and Concept

First Look to The 2012 Hyundai Veloster - Review, First Drive and Concept
Before the Genesis Coupe, there was the Tiburon. Hyundais former entry-level sport coupe didnt make a lasting impression here in the U.S., but the Korean automaker is ready to try again with its all-new 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Like the Tiburon was, the Veloster is front drive, compact and sportyish, but the new car features a few significant differences.
Weve kept a diligent eye on the Veloster since it first appeared at the 2007 Los Angeles show, back when it was just a wide-eyed concept from a then-marginal brand not yet known for turning out compelling vehicles. A little more than three years later, with the automaker enjoying white-hot brand visibility and record sales here in the U.S., Hyundai has decided the Velosters time is now.
Unlike the Tiburon, the Veloster doesnt fit the classic definition of a coupe, des
pite Hyundais marketing spin. Though it has a coupe-like outline, the Veloster is a hatchback.
In addition, theres a forward-hinged third door on the passenger sid
e of the vehicle with a recessed handle for a smooth, clean look.

Inside, the cabin boasts best-in-class interior room as well as metallic accents, a seven-inch touch-screen display (with integrated Pandora radio), Bluetooth connectivity,
and Blue Link telematics. If that isnt nice enough, options include aluminum pedals, a panoramic sunroof, a 450-watt Dimension audio system, and GPS navigation.
Under the hood, power comes from a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS) and 123 lb-ft (167 Nm) of torque. It is mated to a standard six-speed manual or an optional six-speed DSG. Performance specifications havent been released, but Hyundai expects the 2,584 lb (1,172
kg) Veloster will be able to return 40 mpg highway.

Nissan GT R 2013 Review and Release

2013 Nissan Qashqai Rumor or Reality
2013 Nissan Qashqai
2013 Nissan Qashqai Review and Release

The new Nissan GT-R R36 arrives in 2013. This is confirmed by Andy Palmer, vice president of the Japanese, who unbuttons some valuable information on the new model. Specifically, during an ‘interview for a popular American magazine, Palmer said that Nissan was inspired by Porsche regarding the pace of upgrading its products (we had no doubt). The new R36 GT-R will be built on a chassis developed than at present and will retain its mighty twin-turbo V6, suitably revised and expanded (could get direct fuel injection).
Will still remain in the mechanical architecture of the car. The fact that Palmer during the interview, spoke of Porsche GT2 as a benchmark for the GT-R reminds us that new Nissan supercar will receive a substantial injection of power to compete adequately with the more “horses” of 911. Moreover, given the configuration of the GT2, the words of the boss of Japanese allows us to make some modest speculation about the arrival of a variant of the GT-R rear wheel drive only.

2013 ford mustang Review

2013 ford mustang - Concept
2013 ford mustang - Reality or Rumor?

Just yesterday, word emerged on the Web that the 2013 Shelby GT500 could kick out as much as 620 horsepower. Today, we have the first spy shots of the new car.

Expected to pack a 5.8-liter supercharged V-8 based on the current aluminum-block 5.4-liter engine, the new GT500 has the coming 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 squarely in its sights. If its an improvement on the current GT500, Chevy will have a very hard time matching, let alone beating, the Shelby.
The rest of the GT500 shouldnt change much: it will look much like the current car, should have a similar suspension and performance package setup, and will of course be a solid-axle, rear-drive layout. Interior quality may see another uptick, and itll likely get a few new tech features as Ford has been pushing hard in that segment lately.

Beyond that, its a waiting game to see what the next Shelby GT500 will offer. We just cant wait to get one on track.

Rumors have been floating around for sometime a 2013 SVT Cobra Mustang might be in the works. The reality of the situation is we may actually get to see a 2013 Mustan
g SVT Cobra as reports are Carroll Shelby’s lucrative contract with Ford on the GT500 is set to expire following the 2012 model year. It also so happens the year 2013 marks the 20 Anniversary of the first SVT Cobra produced back in 1993–so it would be a perfect time to resurrect an SVT branded Cobra. Could you imagine a supercharged 5.0-liter SVT Cobra–I know can.

The only reason an SVT Cobra would not be in Ford’s future plans is the return of the Boss Mustang that is slated for the 2012 model year. Ford has not made an official announment on the return of the Boss nameplate but it is widely speculated the model will return for 2012. Only time will tell if there is enough room for two limited-edition Mustangs in Ford’s future.

Honda Aviator Ridden Review

Honda Aviator ScooterTo be honest, I didnt quite know what to make of the Honda Aviator. It was supposed to protect Hondas massive lead in the scooter segment, but with theActiva now looking its age (although still going quite nicely, thank you) and theDio never really having taken off, you would think Honda would need something spectacularly good right?

Actually no, they would just something that would put the upstart Flyte and the dowdy-perky Access into their places. Is the Aviator that machine?

What is the Aviator, let us start from there. The Aviator is Hondas fourth scooter offering, and their third twist-go format product. Like the two that went before it, it is very much an Activa platform product, which means engine and chassis have come from the venerable, wildly successful scooter. There are minor changes. The engine was tweaked in the sense that the air cleaner and associated plumbing is slightly different. It evidently does not change peak power or torque, but gently boosts the low-end torque just the slightest little bit. Since the Aviator now sports a telescopic front fork and in the top model, a 12-inch alloy front wheel with a disc brake, there are minor changes in the headstock area, aimed at accommodating the stanchions.

Add in the body panels, and well, Bobs your uncle. The big change, styling, actually does have a purpose. Honda says the Activa is perfect compromise. It sits bang in the middle between male tastes and female and bisects traditional values and youthful looks as well. The Dio, is more male, more youthful. The Aviator, in that perspective is an all-male product, aimed at mature (30-ish) males who would like an upmarket looking scooter in their garage. In addition, we were told at the Auto Expo, to a Honda Civic. What, you think Im making this up?

The telescopic forks and the brakes are actually a subject matter of mucho laughter on my part. You see, years ago, I had the privilege of attending the local launch (Mumbai) of the Activa where a certain Japanese gentleman dismissively told me that Honda knew better. That tele-forks and disc brakes on a 7 bhp scooter were overkill. On the same scale as using a Sidewinder or HellFire instead of the horn. That Honda would NEVER add either to anything this puny, by policy anything under 100 kph top speed did not merit either. On an Activa? Pah-san.

Well, it come full circle, innit? Mr Unnamed San? Yes, this 7 bhp Honda scooter, sports both. For a premium price tag, but it does have them.

Anyway, rant over and let us return to the Aviator. Im not put off or impressed by the looks. I think the rear-end looks a bit hotch-potch, especially the flat part that sits right next to the curvy lights and panels. And I think the front looks, um, okay.

On the move, though, this is an impressive scooter. The tele-forks, praise the lord, make a huge, big, massive difference. Here, then, is a scooter that easily has the best ride quality on offer on any two-wheeler sporting sub-13-inch wheels. It does not thud through bumps like the Activa and is better than even the Flyte and Access, both of which also sport tele-forks. Braking, of course, is superb with the discs, although, as usual, I would have liked more bite. Then again, I always want more bite. In feel, the disc brake feels like an immensly powerful drum brake, which I suspect, is exactly what its supposed to feel like.

The engine, of course, is butter smooth, almost transparent in use. The Aviator, despite giving away 1 bhp or more to the newly introduced competition, does not feel slow. I rode the Access right before I got on the Aviator and while the Suzuki is definitely the faster scoot of the two, the Aviator does not feel sluggish. In traffic, there would not be much in it.

As a male scooter, the Aviator does seat you taller and I quite like the new ergonomics.

Um, what else? Oh yeah, Honda said bigger underseat storage, but I forgot to look. They claim a full face helmet will now sit under the seat in comfort. Well, I havent still tried that, but Im not buying.

Honda Aviator ScooterFinally, the base version of the Aviator (12-inch steel wheels with a drum brake) is Rs 47,200, which is Rs 5,900 more than the Activa in Mumbai. The full-options gets alloys and disc and costs a hefty Rs 4,000 more. As you can tell, that is a heck of a lot of money. The top-model, the one that does actually have useful extras, is almost as expensive as a top-line 125cc commuter.

And yet, like the 150cc-rivallingBlaze, I think the Aviator should do rather well in the market. I think the scooter market now has people who are, in fact, looking for a slightly larger, newer product with more features, and consequently (justifiably, even) have a larger price tag. Which, if you come to think of it, almost describes the Aviator. Almost? Yes, if it did actually sport a 9 bhp 125cc four-stroke engine, instead of 7 bhp 102cc job, I think it would have been perfect.

2012 ZL1 Camaro Review

First Look 2012 ZL1 Camaro
2012 ZL1 Camaro - Concept
2012 ZL1 Camaro - Motor Trend
2012 ZL1 Camaro - trend

The 1969 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 was a performance monster, featuring an all-aluminum engine displacing 427 cubic inches that was originally intended for racing. Just 69 units were built, and they are highly coveted by collectors today. Perhaps it shouldnt come as a surprise, then, that Chevrolet chose to resurrect this classic moniker for what it is calling the fastest and most technologically advanced Camaro ever built.

At this point, specifications are still preliminary, but Chevrolet is estimating that its supercharged and intercooled 6.2-liter LSA V8 engine will put out around 550 horsepower and 550 pound-feet of torque. Those ponies will be sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission using a dual-disc clutch thats necessary to properly harness all those horses. Theres also a dual-mode exhaust system that alters the sound level and character in response to engine rpm.

Chevrolet tells us that its goal was to build "a Camaro intended to reach optimal lap times on top road-racing circuits and excellent driving dynamics on the street." To that end, the 2012 Camaro ZL1 will be fitted with a new electric power steering system and Magnetic Ride Control that will offer both Tour and Sport modes. Brembo brakes measuring 14.6-inch (370 mm) in the front (with six-piston calipers) and 14.4-inch (365 mm) at the rear (with four-piston calipers) bring it all back down from speed.

"The Camaro ZL1 is a complete high performance car, not just a Camaro with more power," claims General Motors in a recent press release. The short but informative report also boldly names the one vehicle Chevrolet hopes to best in every conceivable way, whether on the street or the track: the Ford Shelby GT500. A close look at the preliminary spec sheet suggests that the Transformers-esque 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has exactly what it takes to refuel the classic Ford vs. Chevy grudge match.
First, we must explain the iconic moniker. Aficionados of early Trans-Am racing will note that the ZL1 badge was reserved for Chevrolets top-tier -- and most powerful -- Camaro that battled Shelbys GT500 on Americas back roads and back straights. Street-licensed ZL1s are some of the most sought after musclecars around as only 69 serialized 1969 model year cars were ever made.

It’s been a bit of an open secret that GM was working on a high-po Camaro to slot above the 426-hp SS model. Spy photos revealed the car’s 6.2-liter supercharged V-8, and most assumed that car would wear the storied Z28 badge. But Chevy’s product planners had something different in mind, and we now know the car will wear the reclaimed ZL1 moniker. (SLP Performance previously held the rights to the historic alphanumerics.)

2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO Review

2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO..

Ducati is set to unveil the new Monster 1100 EVO motorcycle, an early 2012 model, at the New York International Motorcycle Show (IMS) on Jan. 21-23, 2011.

This EVO naked bike is the new flagship model of the air-cooled Monster family, the best selling of the Ducati model family ever, although sales of the Monster have certainly slowed in the last few years. This may be partly due to the fact that the Streetfighter is now the n
aked bike platform for the Ducati liquid-cooled Testastretta engines.

The 12 Monster 1100 EVO is powered by the Desmodue Evoluzione engine, which is the first two-valve Ducati to hit the 100 hp. Compared with the previous 1100 cc twin-cylinder air-cooled L-Desmodromic, this new engine has high revs while a more linear torque curve designed to ensure a smoother power delivery.

The inlet ports and the combustion chamber shape have been redesigned, while the new camshafts have an extreme profile to provide an increased valve lift. The pistons are new too and feature an high compression profile. To ensure high standards of reliability the head cooling system has been revised with improved lubrication to enhance the cooling performance.

The Monster 1100EVO also marks the arrival of the new "Ducati Safety Pack", a simple and effective combination of adjustable Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and ABS brakes designed to aid rider safety.

This new 2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO also features a new APTC wet clutch which ensures quiet operation and long life. In addition, the progressive self-servo mechanism reduces the lever effort at the handlebar and makes the Monster even more practical in traffic.

The Monster APTC wet clutch works with a race-like ‘slipper system which reduces the destabilizing effect of the rear-end under aggressive down-shifting, and compared with other wet clutch used so far by Ducati, features an additional cush-drive damper mechanism which smoothes the repeated transition from drive to over-run during stop-start traffic.

This innovative new 2012 Ducati EVO package is the first of its kind to be offered in the interest of rider safety as opposed to outright performance figures. At an MSRP of $11,995, the new EVO looks to up the game for the Monster family.

2013 Mercedes Benz GL350 vs Lexus GX460 Off Road Mountain Mashup Review

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 Bluetec and the 2013 Lexus GX460 are both luxurious 7 seater family haulers that can certainly go off-road. However that where the similarities end. Under the hood of the Mercedes is a V-6 turbocharged diesel engine while under the hood of the Lexus is a more traditional gasoline powered V-8. Of course we wanted to know not just how well the brand new 2013 Mercedes GL compares to the Lexus when it comes to ride and handling but perhaps more importantly how the Mercedes compares of-road when the going very muddy. You see the Lexus is based on one of Toyotas most off road worthy vehicles...the Land Cruiser. So how did the big Merc do? Check out this off-road Mountain Mash-up Review to find out.
